Responsibilities:- Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development
- Write and implement departmental operation schedules
- Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement
- Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure
- Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard
- Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards
- Food handling license
