The Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center located in Grapevine Texas has an opening for an accomplished and driven Sales & Business Development Professional.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • New Business Development
  • Account Strategy and Marketing Planning
  • Conducting Zoom and in person meetings
  • Cold calling
  • Strategic planning
  • Establishing and cultivating long-term client and industry relationships
  • Define, measure, and report on sales metrics via Delphi.fdc.

Requirements for consideration include:

  • 3 years of National Accounts sales management in a full service hotel or conference center of similar size.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great business acumen,
  • Major account management
  • Adept at using Delphi fdc
  • Team oriented

Salary for this position will be commensurate with experience. Only those who meet the qualifications of sales experience in hotels will be considered.
