The VIP Sales Executive is responsible for direct sales of the Company’s sampler package (Vacation Introductory Program) through a structured sales presentation which includes an exit survey conducted on all applicable tours that did not purchase the vacation ownership program during their scheduled tour.

- Salary is based on commission & bonuses governed by a compensation plan, which provides for an hourly rate of $14 as an advance against commissions. VIP Sales Executives have targeted annual earnings of $80,000 per year, with some Team Members earning substantially more based on their individual performance.

Schedule Details:
Our Sales Department operates 7 days per week - VIP Sales Executives generally start from 8:30am-8:45am. Paid training is provided. 5 day work week will be assigned following completion of training based on business needs.
What will I be doing?
Follow through on all Vacation Introductory Programs (VIP) by phone to reduce the cancellation rate.
Stamp all planners when you turn the tables.
Accountable for meeting acceptable tour-to-sale ratio (VPG).
Complete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with rules.
Make the required presentation to every guest that is turned to you.
Identity and resolve quality assurance issues.

What are we looking for?
Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
Consistent record of adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to resolve complex customer service issues.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High school diploma or equivalent.
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Previous experience in a branded vacation ownership.
Valid Hawaii Real Estate License.
