Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
