Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Skills:
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Strong market knowledge and ability to identify customer needs and preferences
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
