The Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson is seeking a Banquet Set Up Associate to join our Team!
The Banquet Set Up Associate provides services to set-up, maintain, and tear down all meeting and social function spaces within a timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Follow the daily assigned set-up pack, BEO and diagrams to accurately set meetings and social functions according to the sales contract and property standards. This will include disposing of trash and recyclables, vacuuming, dusting, removing stains from carpet and walls, installing/uninstalling equipment and materials.
- Ensure that all storage spaces are clean, organized and secured daily. Maintain the safety of the Inn by ensuring all pathways, entrances/exits are free of equipment and obstacles.
- Maintain and monitor all unused spaces daily to ensure the spaces are secure, clean and tour ready. Properly store meeting room supplies such as linen, notepads, candy, water, pens, chairs, tables, stage, and dance floor.
- Report all damaged equipment to management for timely repair
- Uphold the high standards of guest service by proactively assisting guests when needed, greet guests as they approach using the 10-5 rule.
- Assist the sales and planning offices as needed to determine set-up layouts for future meetings including the mock sets of meeting spaces.
- Assist associates in other departments
- Complete all other requests as needed
