What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Co-brand Acquisitions position at Hilton?

***This role is based at one of our corporate offices in McLean, VA, or Dallas, TX***

As a Manager, U.S. Co-brand Acquisitions, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the U.S. Co-brand Program reporting to Sr. Manager, U.S. Co-brand Acquisitions & Performance, you will work on projects including offer and channel strategy development backed by data-driven insights to achieve our goals through excellence in strategy, optimization, and performance measurement.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Provide support for holistic acquisition offer and channel implementation strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key business performance metrics, campaign results, and industry trends to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Leverage multiple data sources to derive channel-level insights looking to optimize key initiatives and inform the broader strategy.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Collaborate across the Hilton Co-brand Program Team and cross-functional partners to define strategies, build comprehensive plans, and deliver customer-facing marketing and communications.
  • Partner with American Express Acquisitions Marketing and Product Strategy teams on joint offers, channel strategy, and key performance drivers.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize the strategies of co-brand acquisitions across offer, segmentation, and channel, e.g., channel-specific offers, identifying and evaluating opportunities.
  • Work on larger U.S. Co-brand Acquisitions initiatives focused on growing our cardmember base with long-term valuable customers.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional experience
  • Three (3) years in marketing, strategy, consulting, or co-brand program management
  • Work a hybrid schedule based in McLean, VA, or Dallas, TX
  • Travel up to 15%

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Partnerships or loyalty experience
  • Financial services experience
