The historic Arizona Biltmore is looking for a Pantry Attendant to join the team at Citrus Club ! This luxurious resort reopened in 2021 after undergoing a $70 million renovation.

Located in the heart of uptown Phoenix since 1929, this gorgeous 39-acre property has 707 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, 2 pools, 2 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

As a Pantry Attendant, you are responsible for preparing and stocking Citrus Club to deliver F&B service. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Ensure consistency in food and beverage presentation
• Ensure resources meet business needs through the effective inventory management
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures
• Follow brand standards
