What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Law Attorney position at Hinds and Hinds Family Law?
A minimum of 5 years experience in Colorado Family Law is a requirement for this position. Experience with Trusts and Estates is a potential plus. The ideal candidate for this will share our solution-oriented and child-focused approach to Family Law but possesses the credentials and experience should the matter require courtroom litigation.
This position may be a good fit for a solo practitioner who is looking to have the benefit of a team of senior attorneys as a support system and the ability to focus on legal tasks rather than the administrative/accounting/HR/marketing responsibilities which often become overwhelming. The candidate should also be active in the Colorado legal community.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and includes insurance and retirement benefits.
