Hinds Hospice, one of the most well-known and well-respected nonprofit agencies in California’s Central Valley and a pioneer in the practice of hospice and palliative care, is seeking a Per diem LCSW/LMFT to work in our Center for Grief and Healing providing grief support counseling.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Master's degree (MSW) from a School of Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. License REQUIRED.
• Electronic medical record experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and assimilate the EHR Computer Program/System.
• Demonstrated ability to work with health team personnel. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid drivers license and a willingness to use personal vehicle in the course of employment.
• Must show proof of automobile insurance, proof of current auto registration and acceptable driving record (no more than 3 points within a 36 month period).
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (i.e., Push, Pull, Lift/Carry 10 lbs).
