Well-established Tampa law firm seeks a full-time receptionist with previous experience, preferably in a professional or legal environment, to manage the front desk operations of a busy law firm.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Answer main phone lines and direct calls appropriately
- Open and process mail and deliveries
- Assist with general office duties (making copies, filing, faxing, and scanning documents)
- Provide administrative support for paralegals and attorneys, as necessary
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for the front office
- Assist with miscellaneous office projects
Skills/Qualifications:
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Professional and pleasant telephone demeanor
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must work well in a team environment
- Outstanding client relation skills
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
