Hino Motors Manufacturing is an OEM that assembles trucks in West Virginia, automotive components in Arkansas, and operates a parts distribution center in California.
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for our Manufacturing plant located in in Marion, Arkansas. This position is responsible for supporting employees and managers, implementing HR policies and procedures, leading the employee relations team, and making recommendations that promote a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- The HR Manager develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
- Responsible for leading the employee relations for the manufacturing team
- The HR Manager conducts employee relations counseling
- The HR Manager participates in management meetings and attends other meetings
- The HR Manager evaluates reports, decisions, and results of departments in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
- The HR Manager performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Education And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource Management, or a comparable discipline and at least 5 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- PHR Certification preferred

- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including employee relations, diversity, performance management, training and development, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Experience in Automotive Manufacturing a plus
