Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Patrol Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in conflict management, have an empathetic nature, and an understanding of community policing .

Responsibilities are not limited to:

- Patrol designated areas to ensure the security of premises and personnel
- Respond to alarms
- Enforce State laws and Town of Hinsdale Ordinances
- Investigate Accidents
- Assists in the investigation of crimes or suspected criminal acts
- Write detailed reports outlining observations and activities during assigned shifts

Skills:

- Conflict management skills
-Communication Skills
- First aid and CPR certification preferred

-Problem solving skills
- Understanding of law enforcement procedures
- Ability to type and write detailed reports
