DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be one who has the background and knowledge to step into this position with knowledge of what needs to be done. Previous dealership experience and accounting skills are required.

OFFICE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and promote internal programs
- Work with financial statement and finance/accounting departments to analyze financial records to ensure dealership goals are met, taxes are properly paid, product and income properly documented
- Assist with general accounting procedures as necessary
- Payroll and relating liability processing
- Provide additional management assistance to other departments as necessary
- Strong accounting background
- Experienced in payroll, taxes and financial statements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have proven Financial Background and be experienced as an Office Manager in Automotive Dealerships.
- CDK software experience is a MAJOR PLUS!
- Experience is Required. Applicant must possess background and knowledge to perform duties without extensive training.
