Responsibilities for this Office Manager job include: • Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures • Performs benefits administration and resolves benefits issues • Recruitment for all personnel and conduct new employee orientation • Employee relations, counseling and disciplining employees • Unemployment hearings • Maintain department records and reports • Update payroll records and approve changes Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents; make effective presentations • Proficient with all Microsoft Office Programs such as Word, Outlook & Excel; Microsoft Access a plus

Experience/Education: • 2 years supervisory experience • Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resources; PHR or SPHR preferred • Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and plans including COBRA, ERISA, FMLA

Pay Rate: $43,000.00 annually
