Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Scrum
Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of
experience as a Scrum Master, with hands-on experience in Agile Release Train
(ART). Certification as a Scrum Master is a must for this role. As a Scrum
Master, you will play a critical role in facilitating Agile practices and
ceremonies, coaching teams to optimize their performance, and ensuring
successful delivery of projects within the Agile framework.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a Scrum Master
for multiple Agile teams, facilitating Scrum events including Sprint
Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Guide and coach Agile
teams on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and delivery excellence.
Collaborate with Product
Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog,
ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Work closely with the
Agile Release Train (ART) to plan, coordinate, and execute program
increments (PIs) and releases.
Foster effective
communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, removing
impediments and promoting transparency.
Facilitate
decision-making and conflict resolution, ensuring alignment with Agile
values and principles.
Track and report on team
metrics, such as velocity, burndown charts, and team health indicators, to
monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Support the adoption of
Agile practices and tools, providing training and mentoring to team
members and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 12 years of
overall experience in software development or IT projects.
At least 6 years of
hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, leading Agile teams in software
development or related projects.
Certification as a Scrum
Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required.
Strong understanding of
Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Experience working with
Agile Release Train (ART) and coordinating multiple Agile teams is
essential.
Excellent facilitation,
coaching, and leadership skills.
Ability to influence and
motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
Strong communication and
collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse
stakeholders.
Proven track record of
driving Agile transformations and delivering successful outcomes in
complex environments.
