What You'll Do :
- Event planner support to lead and direct internal and external events.
- Responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing various types of events including corporate / client functions, media experiences, internal / external workshops, stakeholders dialogues, conferences, fundraisers, and more.
- Responsibilities :
- Lead event support with understanding and alignment of client goals and expectations.
- Create detailed event runs of shows, budgets and reporting
- Research and book all events elements including venues, vendors, and suppliers
- Coordinate contracts and prices with purchasing and controlling teams and ensure quality service and products according to corporate identity and brand positioning.
- Supervise and direct the event
What You Bring :
- Must be a detailed orientated self-starter who can manage all aspects of event logistics including venue selections, catering, entertainment, staffing, transportation, partners / vendors and onsite support.
- Thrives in agile and fast-paced work environments, is a quick learner and comfortable with multi-tasking, is extrovert, responsible, and service oriented.
- Comfortable being part of a small team that supports the needs of a large-scale organization,
- Will be Working closely with clients and internal teams to understand not only event needs, but business goals and drives regarding corporate and brand experiences.
