- Independently scout storm-affected areas and prospect roofing opportunities.
- Coordinate property inspections, estimates, and advocate for the company during the insurance claim process.
- Meet with insurance adjusters, develop project scopes, and finalize contracts with property owners.
- Gain proficiency in advanced roofing systems and estimate related exterior trades (siding, gutters, windows).
- Document all activities in CRM and project management systems.
- Support project management and accounts receivable tasks as required.
