Job Description
- Deliver revenue targets by pitching items for POG and seasonal placement, monitoring sales trends, accurately forecasting and partnering with internal teams to secure inventory.
- Work closely with retail partners to develop mutually beneficial strategies and tactics including maximizing cost of business spend and marketing funding.
- A successful sales manager knows the customer's key performance indicators and recommends items and brands to achieve POS plans.
- Best in class partnership with cross-functional teams including but not limited to replenishment teams, customer strategic marketing, US marketing, GCO, flow planning and data management to enhance brand relevance on site and ensure we are operationally set up for success to deliver against sales goals.
- Industry knowledge: Continuously staying abreast of trends across the channel/retailer, communicating new challenges/requirements/trends internally and advocating for the buyer.
