Job Description
Job Title : Sr. ServiceNow Architect
Location: Remote | Work CST hour
Duration: 3-6 months C2H
Interview Process: Video
- Healthcare experience
- 1 or more ServiceNow Certification
- Experience developing custom APIs
- SailPoint experience or knowledge is a plus
The Requirements:
- Must have healthcare experience
- Must have excellent communication skills. Will be interacting with multiple people and be on video.
- Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow products - ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SECOPS, ITBM, and GRC
- One or more ServiceNow certifications
- 3 or more years in an information technology role
- 2 or more years in an information security role
- Willing and able to travel, if needed (the role is mainly remote but may require a rare on-site visit)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to gauge the audience and speak at appropriate levels
- The ability to put complex concepts in a clear and concise form
- Delivery of presentations to both small and large groups
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to set priorities and meet obligations on time
