- Set up and maintain product displays under company standards.
- Ensure products are properly stocked and organized on shelves.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store management to replenish stock as needed.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and execute promotional activities.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize market research data to identify trends and make informed merchandising decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and sales, to develop effective merchandising strategies.
- Use Adobe software or other design tools to create visually appealing signage and displays.
Skills:
- English and Spanish preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Experience in store management or merchandising is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate product placement.
