You Are:

A seasoned SAP Retail practitioner, with experience working with and helping fortune 500 Retail clients meet the challenges of modernizing and digitizing their enterprises. You possess broad transformation and industry experience, and deep SAP functional and technical skills. You can lead projects and teams, as well as dive into the details of the solution and work plans. You are a good story teller, with proven communication and executive presence skills and are as comfortable inspiring teams as you are presenting to the C-suite. The Work:

• Use your fashion and/or retail industry and technical expertise to decipher clients needs in retail merchandising and operation
• Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art retail and operations solutions powered by SAP tools such as Customer Active Repository (CAR), Business Warehouse (BW), Central Finance (CFIN), Group Reporting, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients senior leaders to help Accenture become the go-to partner in bringing their long-term fashion or retail vision to life
• Grow Accentures SAP practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts
• Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice by continuing to build your own and your teams expertise in SAP
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Heres What You Need:

• Minimum 5 years of functional expertise in SAP Fashion OR SAP Retail with proven implementation, solution design, and business process design experience
• Minimum 5 years of functional expertise in SAP Finance, including, but not limited to, the following areas: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Tax, Revenue Accounting, Fixes Assets, and/or Treasury
• Minimum 3 years experience with SAP S/4 Hana
• Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementations, including project planning, estimation, business process design, and solution architecture
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Project Management
• You have experience leading or being part of the sales pursuit for SAP-related work or business development experience
• Good understanding of technical methodologies, ex. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.
• Experience managing teams of 15 , including offshore teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus Points If:

• SAP CAR- integration with POS systems, understanding POS-DTA, and integration S/4 Hana
• Experience with SAP RISE methodology
• Consulting experience in the retail industry or relevant retail experience with SAP Finance
• You have excellent leadership and executive presentation skills
• You have proven management and delivery skills
• You have proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment
• You have proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• You have excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below. Colorado: $93,400 to $223,300

New York: $86,500 to 258,500

Washington: $99,500 to $237,800
