Night Auditor

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. Duties: - Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness - Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the night shift - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or incidents to management - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift Experience: - Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and hotel reservation software is a plus - Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous in order to assist international guests - Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices is beneficial - Experience with night audit procedures is highly desirable Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications related to hotel operations - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts - Good communication skills, both verbal and written If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in the hospitality industry, we encourage you to apply for the Night Auditor position.
