Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage a team providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food production and delivery
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and organization
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with all front of restaurant duties as needed during shift
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve issues and conflicts among staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, staff, and vendors
- Knowledge of food production processes and restaurant service procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Able to work in USA legally
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
