Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
Duties:
- Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce products or services
- Manage and grow existing accounts through regular communication and relationship-building
- Utilize sales techniques to identify customer needs and close sales
- Develop and implement strategies for business development and market expansion
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or account management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and value propositions
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to drive sales strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce for managing customer relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
