Hive & Colony is searching for a Training Manager with demonstrated experience in driving growth of high-end retail operation, commercial operations, training, and administrative processes. The key role is to serve as a coordinator/liaison between Hive & Colony Operations Staff and the COO, and other C-Suite directors of department heads as necessary or directed by the COO.
The main purpose of the Training Manager is to effectively and profitably provide the most current training methods and procedures leading to best-in-class store level performance. Our goal is to have the best possible trained sales organization leading to providing the most desirable customer experience.

Responsibilities & Activities:
Operative:
· Develops, implements, and executes best in class training methods that separate Hive & Colony from all competitors
· Focus areas:
o Enhance the experience
o Product benefits
o Fabrics
o Customizations
o Remakes
o Customer Recovery
· Meets all deadlines to complete training curriculum within defined timelines
· Ensure all employees complete required training curriculum within assigned timelines
· Ensures that all company operations comply with federal, state, local, and/or company policies and regulations
Financial:
· Manages all operating budgets in close coordination with the Dir of Operations and COO
· Explores cost effective actions to minimize operating expenses
· Support with the company's financial planning and controls
Strategic
· Manages and implements approved plans, expense budgets, and campaigns with the Director of Operations
Supervisory of Culture:
· Promotes company culture and vision with positivity and integrity
· Coach and train sales team members throughout the organization
· Support a culture of pro-active management to ensure that our clients, employees, and vendors are satisfied with Hive & Colony
Experience and Technical requirements:
Formal studies:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent; or 5 years work experience in relatable field
- Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)
Working experience requirements:
· Five years related experience (Preferred)
· Demonstrated experience in driving growth of a high-end retail operations
· Ability to work with all levels of management
· Willing to travel >60% of time
Use of special equipment/tools or business programs:
- Microsoft office (Advanced)
- EMR or CRM Systems: 5 years (Preferred).
