Job Description:
- Our ideal candidate is one who is passionate about their career and has demonstrated success in the areas we seek. In this role you will be the Manager, End User Computing, with responsibilities over end user support personnel, process and technology.
- As Manager, you will be a member of the IT Operations and Cybersecurity team. You will work collaboratively with both nearshore and offshore resource to design, operate, measure and improve ITSM practices related to end user computing for Vixxo associates.
- As a working Manager, you will be a self-starter; one who owns deliverables and outcomes and uses appropriate governance to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to SLAs and improved customer satisfaction scores.
- You will manage the Deskside Support team and work in partnership with the Service Desk team for improved service delivery and outcomes.
- The successful candidate will be process-oriented and have the ability to research, design, implement and manage end-user technologies, including hardware, cloud and software solutions. You will also contribute to the cybersecurity operations within the company.
