The Compensation Specialist is responsible for assisting in the administration of Hackensack Meridian Health Compensation programs.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Some experience in a related area or field.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and interpret large data files.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Prior Human Resources experience.
- Prior Compensation experience.
Licenses and Certifications Preferred:
- Certified Compensation Professional.
