- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study; an equivalent combination of education and relatable experience may be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree.
- Five (5) or more years of Human Resources experience is preferred.
- Must be knowledgeable of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning personnel administration in nursing care facilities; more specifically laws pertaining to Worker’s Compensation and unemployment guidelines.
- To oversee the Human Resources Department in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to assure that quality personnel are interviewed, trained and employed.
