What We Need:
We are looking for an Amazon Manager to join our HNI team.
As the Amazon Manager, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, encompassing sell-in and sell-out strategies, Vendor Central and Seller Central operations, cultivation of vendor manager relationships, product page optimizations, brand visibility strategies, and a profound insight into Amazon's algorithms.
Additionally, you will be responsible for developing, executing, reporting, and analyzing Amazon marketing strategies working directly with brand leaders across HNI to execute successful campaigns that increase HNI's visibility and ROI through online channels.
What You Will Do:
Serve as the paid media expert within HNI, building and executing comprehensive and strategic digital media plans to promote brand recognition and elevate online conversions and profits in concert with our key digital partners.
Oversee the end-to-end management of Amazon advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with Sales team on sell-in and sell-out strategy and opportunities.
Provide complete and accurate data via bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to leadership.
Own paid strategy through conceptualization, planning, execution, pulling data analytics, and reporting.
Serve as an Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central internal expert.
Develop test plans that allow for rapid iteration, monitor results, and communicate to cross-functional teams, including campaign budget pacing, bid optimizations, A/B Split testing, and monthly reporting.
Assist in building relationships with Amazon relationship managers.
Develop promotional strategies to optimize sales on key products.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content development, and logistics, to align Amazon marketing strategies with overall business goals.
What You Have:
- Bachelor'
- Experience with creating advertising reports and making recommendations on ad budgets and ad management strategies for key business unit contacts.
- Excellent excel and data analysis skills, able to read, interpret and use data to inform ad strategies.
- History of planning and executing successful growth initiatives for eCommerce stores across multiple brands and ASINs.
- Technology and digital product savvy with certifications in Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, and subsequent platforms & ad types.
What You're Good At:
Managing campaign deadlines and communicating performance and ROI across teams, including sales, creative, marketing, analytics, and leadership.
Planning and delivering profitable promotional strategies and analyzing performance to develop repeatable results.
Ability to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Leading initiatives across multiple functional teams.
