What We Need:
We are looking for a Machine Operator 1 to join our Gunlocke team in Wayland, NY!

What You Will Do:
- Set up and operate various types of machines, including but not limited to: Robot, Roll Line, FH-6, 5 Axis, Shoda, CNC, Weeke, and/or Steam Bending Equipment, to produce quality parts/pieces for manufacturing use.
- Operating automated equipment used in the production process.
- Read and follow schedules while following standard work processes and adhering to al quality standards and safety rules.
- Maintain work pace that supports production goals.
- Perform basic quality checks according to standard work.
- Maintain clean work station and follow 6S guidelines of the department.
What You Have:
- Highs School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to read, understand and execute to standard work
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently as needed
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, while maintaining a positive attitude and approach
- Ability to perform high volume repetitive type work
- Stand and/or work for up to 10-hours per day
- Lift and carry up to 50lbs on a continuous basis
