What We're Looking For

Supports technical staff by performing a variety of project-related coordination, tracking, and administrative duties such as tracking client deliverables and evaluation scores, maintaining budgets and schedules, organizing and filing documents and documents requests, and technical editing and preparation of reports and minutes.

Primary Focus Will Include:

  • Assist Project Managers develop and track project budgets, work plans and progress reports.
  • Assists in the management, upkeep and distribution of project schedules in MS Project.
  • Monitors, tracks and files project documentation. Maintains document control system for projects. Archives closed projects.
  • Uploads/downloads deliverable documents to/from client systems. Deliverable tracking of submittals and reviews.
  • Performs technical editing and formatting of project-related documents such as specifications, technical reports and memos.
  • Coordinates and/or manages preparations for project meetings and publishes minutes.
  • Requests existing plans and other documents from clients.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Associate Degree,
  • Word, Excel, MS Project Management

What You'll Need

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Tracks evaluation scores. Develops and tracks progress reports.
  • Monitors, tracks and files project documentation. Copies and/or scans project-related documents in-house and coordinates sending out larger jobs.
  • Technical editing and formatting of project-related documents such as specifications, technical reports and memos.
  • Archives closed projects.
  • Assists in the management, upkeep and distribution of project schedules in MS Project.
  • Uploads/downloads deliverable documents to/from client systems. Deliverable tracking of submittals and reviews.
  • Coordinates and/or manages preparations for project meetings and publishes minutes.
  • Requests existing plans and other documents from clients.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent

2 years of relevant experience
