This opportunity entails being responsible for the leadership of a small team of Graphic Designers and directs day-to-day work. Creates digital and print assets to be used in proposals, presentations, PR and internal communications.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for leading team members and assigning daily assignments. Creates and reviews print and digital materials for proposals, presentations and PR and internal communications.
• Leads the design and preparation of templates and graphics for complex proposals and presentations.
• Undertakes complex projects requiring specialized design or industry knowledge, including leading creative direction and design for print and digital materials for proposals, presentations or other marketing-related efforts.
• Interacts with pursuit teams to determine requirements and needs and schedules and prioritizes work for the group.
• Interprets and coordinates work around purchases and contract of services of outside studios and vendors.
• Recommends new approaches and participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures to produce continual improvements.
• Selects and coordinates Internal/external vendors and photographers.
• May participate in strategic war rooms, presentation rehearsals, and graphics meetings of lower-level staff in order to provide guidance and support creative vision.
• Makes internal presentations to staff and clients regarding technical data.
• Provides input on recruitment, hiring, development, and retention of staff, including developing a plan for staff reporting, performance and compensation reviews, and succession.
• Responsible for coordinating schedules and approving timecards.
• Aids in establishing employees’ objectives and provides feedback from clients while coaching and mentoring their team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

• Associates Degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field and 7 years of relevant experience, or
• In lieu of education 9 years of relevant experience

What We Prefer:

• Bachelor's Degree in Art, Graphic Design, Computer Graphics/Animations or related field
• Experience creating models, textures, effects, materials and animates objects for virtual environments and animations
• Experience importing data from GIS, Engineering, and Architectural files into 3D software for environment creation
• Proficient in using design software (e.g. Autodesk 3DS Max, Adobe Photoshop, Chaos Group Vray, GIS software) to create models and animations for pre-sells, proposals, and billable work with guidance from more senior staff
• A/E experience
• Presentation design experience
