Inside Builder Account Rep
Job Responsibilities/Summary:
- Daily purchase order processing via e-mail, telephone, and online in our office
- Resolve customer complaints, questions, and concerns
- Process work orders and warranty requests
- Able to research and file as needed
Experience:
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work within multiple departments and multi-task
- Prior experience in glass/door/home builder construction a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Etc.
- 1 years of related experience or degree
- Proficient in data entry
- Knowledge of NetSuite Suite Success program a plus
