Hoffman's Exterminating has open positions for an "Account Manager/Representative ” to facilitate the Day to Day Relationships, Development and Growth of our branch in Middletown, DE.
This position is great for anyone looking to break into the field of Business Relationship, and Account Management, while learning about the Pest Management Industry. This individual will be trained through our structured technical training, so they can articulate and educate our customers on Pest Management.
Hoffman’s Exterminating is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic Pest Management companies in the Eastern Pa, Delaware and South Jersey Area. We currently operate from Cape May NJ up through Trenton NJ, as well as the Philadelphia, Delaware and the Maryland Markets.

Requirements
- Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control activities and functions to achieve branch growth goals and objectives while maintaining corporate standards.
- You will be responsible for handling and managing on-site visit's, relationships, and account management that are scheduled for you, created by you, or arranged through the many partnerships, chambers and associations that we belong to.
- Prescribing the necessary solutions that will solve the pest issues, as well as explaining in great detail all the additional programs that Hoffman’s has to offer is the foundation for our Growth and customer retention.
- We build relationships and partnerships, and not just a customer base, and in doing so, you will have access to our CRM system that allows you to perform scheduled follow ups, Good Will Calls and even Quality Control Checks in a timely manner.
- Attention to detail is required to fill out all necessary proposals, graphs, illustrations, state forms, etc.
- Knowledge of State and Local Laws as they relate to our industry, as well as adherence to Hoffman's SOP.
- Accurate and detailed information as well as proper data entry is critical to the customer experience with Hoffman's
- Attending and being engaged in Networking events, Community events and Partnership events is a must for us, and is part of our Core Values.
Salary : $65,000 - $100,000
