Responsibilities:
- Handle a varied caseload encompassing all stages of litigation.
- Engage directly with clients, providing personalized legal counsel and representation.
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to share insights and best practices.
- Manage caseload efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania (admission in New Jersey or other surrounding states is a plus).
- 3-7 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a litigation-based environment.
- Strong advocacy skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
