We are looking for an accountable project manager to be responsible for all submittals, material takeoff, selection management our projects require. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. We complete projects in northern Arizona, and all over the Valley ranging from multi million dollar custom homes, to larger scale commercial projects, as well as subcontract work that we self perform. We're a hands on construction company that takes great pride in delivering project, on time, on budget, with top quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned construction projects
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with construction team and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
- Review construction deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Skills
- Proven working experience as a project manager
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD, Blue beam, procore
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Project management and supervision skills
- Decision making ability and leadership skills
- Time management and organization skills
- Engineering, Construction Management degree a bonus not required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
