```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel management and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

```Responsibilities```
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and reservations
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure high-quality customer service
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and guest information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any operational issues
- Manage and update hotel booking systems and phone systems
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a must
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using hotel management software and phone systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
