Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and phone systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive guest experience. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
