Responsibilities:
- General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the establishment
- Manage and coordinate staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with other departments, such as House keeping, Maintenance,Breakfast Bar, Laundry, to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle any escalated customer complaints or issues

- Ensure Brand Requirements are fulfilled in timely manner.

- Ensure Head office instructions are followed in timely manner.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of customer care & social skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer systems and software used in the industry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
