What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Sales Manager position at Holiday Inn Express?
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales and revenue to the property.
You will be responsible for all incoming sales leads, meeting brokers, Hotel Planner and other lead response systems. You will be joining community organizations and representing the hotel at public events and online. You will welcome your groups booked, ensure they are loaded into the PMS system correctly and washed prior to arrival. You would be responsible for all RFPs and any tours, or meetings held at your property. The schedule is Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm, with some weekends/holidays required as needed by the guests.
