Holland Partner Group is seeking an experienced Development Coordinator to join our Development team.

The Development Coordinator provides support to the Development team as required in the acquisition, entitlement and construction of projects in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s core values.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare collateral materials, monthly reports and presentations for project reporting and marketing, investor meetings, brokerage meetings, city or municipal approvals, and transaction activity with direction from team leaders.
- Provide analytical support and day to day coordination of tasks for the development team.
- Assist with market evaluation and analysis of demographics, market demand, and competition.
- Assist with tasks relating to the entitlement and permitting process, including preparing and submitting applicable materials under the direction of team leaders.
- Assist in the preparation of documents relating to development, including easements, leases, and closing documentation.
- Assist with coordination of vendors in vendor management system.
- Provide support as necessary during deal acquisitions, dispositions and financing.
- Gain exposure to project positioning, branding, and product development including floor plans, specifications, and amenities.
- Maintain thorough and systematic knowledge of each project through daily contact with Construction, Design, and Development teams during the transaction process ensuring completion of all critical tasks related to the specific deal.
- Provide support to the team regarding legal notices, due dates, documents, closing dates, reporting, filing, and the process to initiate professional contracts for development services.
- Interface with Accounting on project budget and cost documentation.
- Assist with maintenance of online databases.
- Provide support in coordinating events, project tours, meetings, and ground-breaking ceremonies.
- Organize electronic and paper files that document all transactions and decisions.
- Collect, organize, and provide information to project team relative to due diligence and project financing as required.
- Provide support at the front desk on a regular and as needed basis.
- Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner at all times.
- Conform to company apparel standards and set a positive example for all Associates.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business or a related field is preferred.

Attendance: This full-time position requires regular and punctual attendance compliant with the schedule set to meet company needs. Additional hours or overtime may be required.
This position also requires:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
- Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
- Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
