SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Control Systems, the CMMS/IMMS Specialist is responsible for the daily operations, programming, and training of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Incident Management & Monitoring System (IMMS) for SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park. They will oversee the accurate and timely collection of data in the CMMS/IMMS and ensure that it is recorded in a well-organized manner so it can be easily retrieved and utilized.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates the daily operations, programming, and training of control systems for the stadium, performance venue, and other non-stadium sites with the Hollywood Park property to ensure that data is properly reported and relevant
- Assists with the development of a competent and efficient staff by training personnel in the proper use of the CMMS/IMMS
- Develop reports, notifications, and workflows in the CMMS/IMMS
- Maintains the Incident Management & Monitoring System (IMMS) to ensure that incident data is properly reported and relevant
- Implementation of administrative policies and procedures within the IMMS
- Utilize data analytics of the IMMS to assist other departments in facility and event management
- Responsible for the management of the CMMS work order system to include the establishment of key performance benchmarks and warranty tracking
- Oversee the preventative maintenance program for the maintenance of all the machines and assets within the site including, but not limited to, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, fire protection, structural systems, and electrical systems using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Assists with ensuring all equipment is mechanically operational, electrically efficient, and safe by planning and scheduling recurring preventative maintenance activities
- Work closely with engineering and operations to build a library of manuals both hard copies and electronic within the Maintenance Department for the technicians to use or reference while making repairs
- Monitors and assures completion of work orders assigned
- Assists all operations departments with ensuring that contracted maintenance services are appropriately documented in the CMMS
- Maintains and accurate inventory of all maintenance parts required to perform routine maintenance on all the equipment on site
- Contributes to the overall success of facilities management by performing other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Support engineering department and operations during special events in the stadium and across the campus
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in public assembly facilities/sports venues
- Knowledge with IMMS and CMMS systems
- Experience with 24/7 Software
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and extensive experience with Excel spreadsheets
- Ability to use data and analytics to achieve efficient utility systems
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50lbs, stand for long periods of time, and walk long distances
- Previous experience systems control software and programs
