Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Director- Business Analytics
Primary Tasks:
- Understand the business needs related to analytics and prioritize / focus the team against delivering results in an iterative and agile fashion
- Own the overall Azure Data Lake environment including ETL to build cohesive, granular, and thoughtfully architected data sets to support holistic analytics and dashboarding cross-functionally
- Own the overall PowerBI visualization studio and enable internal operations through close business collaboration and ensure proper usage of the tool
- Be an analytics advocate in every step of the journey listening closely and driving measurable and actionable results through analytic education
- Design and develop a well-architected and democratized data platform to support common dashboard deployment across all levels of the organization
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Relevant Work Experience:
- 10 years’ experience at a management level; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred
- Has extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments and/or function(s) within and across other disciplines
Education and/or Training:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master’s preferred
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
