Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maximizing sales opportunities. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with product information and assistance
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus for multilingual customer interactions
- Technical sales knowledge is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
