This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who can work effectively with a variety of people and possess a strong technical aptitude and understanding of the construction equipment and rental industry. Must be able to assimilate a broad range of information, schedule priority work effectively, and work successfully with both internal and external customers.
Additional Requirements:
- Five or more years of experience in business management and/or operational management with increasingly progressive job scope and responsibilities including Equipment Rental experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel and Outlook, and the use of computer applications
- Valid driver’s license
This position requires a self-motivated, thoughtful individual with a high energy level. Must be able to:
- Perform complex repairs correctly
- Work alone with a limited amount of supervision
- Build strong customer service relations
