Description
Holtger Bros., Inc. (HBI) is seeking an experienced Horizontal Directional Drill Operator in the Green Bay Area. As a Horizontal Directional Drill operator at HBI, you will be part of a team that has been keeping our communities connected for the past 77 years.
As a Directional Drill Operator, you will be an essential part of installing and maintaining the telecommunication lines that keep our communities connected. Other duties would include:
- Assisting the Foreman with essential tasks in order to complete the job
- Dig holes and locate existing utilities
- Locating the Directional Drill
- Prepare cable routes and feed cable
- Secure the job site with proper safety signs as directed
- Various other tasks as assigned by the Operator and Foreman
Requirements:
- Valid, insurance-acceptable driver's license required
- A restriction-free Class A CDL preferred.
Additional pay available with a restriction-free Class A CDL. Employees who obtain their Class A CDL after time of hire will be compensated with a raise of $2.00/hour.
