The Onboarding & Retention Specialist is directly responsible and accountable to the Human Resources Manager for development, deployment, training and management of the employee onboarding and retention program;
onboarding all new employees; advising and assisting Holzer Health System management on the employee onboarding strategies;
Education, Work Experience and Licensure :
Bachelor’s degree required; Combination of education and experience may waive bachelor requirement
Three to five years of experience in recruitment or Human Resources strongly preferred
