We are seeking a motivated, passionate, and detailed oriented individual to become our next Service Director in our Albuquerque Market. This position plays a key role as a foundational member of our business operations function. The Service Director is responsible for a variety of impactful, highly strategic work tasks. In this role, you will lead a team to excel in all levels of customer service and financial goals as well as partner with our business units to create business process and refined workflows. The Service Director is empowered to ensure each and every customer experience is successful. We are seeking leaders that are passionate about service and it's implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all operational business in our Albuquerque Market
- Drive highly visible, strategic projects that have the potential to create tremendous value for the company
- Partner with business unit stakeholders to help them answer critical strategic questions
- Play a critical role throughout the corporate strategic planning process
- Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing recommendations
Key Qualifications
- 4 - 6 years of total work experience, including at least 2 years experience at a top-tier management
- Exceptional problem-solving, business judgment, and analytical skills
- Relentlessly resourceful and able to drive projects autonomously, with limited oversight
- Capable of building strong relationships up, down, and sideways in the organization
- Strong communication skills with ability to clearly explain complex issues to a range of audiences
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $69,000.00 per year
