Home Forward is seeking an Asset Manager to monitor and oversee the physical, fiscal, and regulatory operations of Home Forward housing assets. The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities: implement and oversee the agency’s asset management operations plan and make recommendations when needed for process and policy improvement; review monthly reports and fiscal statements for each property, analyze performance against annual operating budget, and other related responsibilities.

Compensation starts at $105,297.84 annually; Home Forward provides wonderful and competitive benefits, including (please see the benefits tab for full details):
